Great kimono rental place! It’s located away from the buzz of tourists that you don’t feel rushed when choosing your kimono but close enough to the touristy spots you can easily walk. The staff was super nice, spoke english (& chinese). The kimono selections were cute and great! I mentioned I’m interested to buy a yukata and asked for location recommendations but they offered to show me what they have when I returned. I ended up buying a yukata from what they showed me when I returned and they gave me extra accessories plus more (she saw that I had bought another yukata in another place, and gave me some of their accessories to match what I had bought). I did my hair, makeup, and kimono rental at this store and had a wonderful experience! The reservation process was smooth and the store was easy to find. The interior is very spacious and they had a nice selection of kimonos. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Since they operate on a reservation basis, I had plenty of time and space to try out different styles and communicate what I wanted with the hair and makeup artists.

The employees speak Mandarin and English, so communication wasn't a problem....
