Columbia Sportswear Kyoto Store — Local services in Kyoto

Staffs is lacking in outdoor product knowledge (among the types of their own product) in general.

The service provided is rigid, non-professional and unfriendly.

It is such a shame to fail the brand image of Columbia in a bigger international picture.

Recommend the management/ marketing team to re-train the staff so not to make the flag shop concept an eye-candy. I have been to this shop twice and both experience deterred any loyal customers to come back again.

Very nice shop. However, I feel that the staff are not so professional and knowledgeable as compared with other outdoor stores nearby. They could just explained plainly and generally about what I asked but not much extra information or further advice. Also, I feel that the selection of products are quite limited in this store and not as available...
