I am from Chennai, India. I was having the plan to visit a thrift store in Kyoto and was surfing for the near by thrift stores after and found this shop Janpara and I was not having any clues about this shop, after I found this shop went inside and was coming around the shop for twice to check what all they are selling, and then I choosed two products from apple one is iphone 7 and macbook air 13 (old model).
Their staff was very friendly and explained me each and every thing about that macbook and iphone and its problem what it had after going thru all the basic checks I accepted to buy it I was also asked to check alternate same products but the staff was so calm and polite and he was showing me the macbooks. In the meantime the friendly English-speaking agent checked the functions i needed, explained to me all the shop-conditions, and that there is even a 1-month-guarantee for technical problems (while i thought: ''if it does not work, i'll simply try the windows-10 for jpy17k tomorrow). BUT IT WORKS SO WELL and gives me great relief, the CB. All in all: Best, very friendly and very qualified service! Working online while enjoying (and/or sometimes getting jp-annoyed) in Kyoto: South-Teramachi is the place to solve your pc-problem immediately (and, 1.) they seem to offer much more stuff for higher demands than mine [and, 2.) I have no reason to doubt their expertise for that too])....

I bought a tab and a Microsoft surface. Both with tax exemption showing my passport and visa. I would definitely visit again, if I happen to travel in this...
