ここで何度も多額のお金を使ってきましたが、 そのたびに店員のアドバイスは存在しないか、むしろ有害でした。 店員は無能であり、マネージャーも一切のミスを認めようとしません。 お客様が互換性のある機材を購入しているかどうかすら判断できません。 また、仕入れた部品を再販する前にテストすることもできず、不良品を販売してしまいます！ それなのに、彼らは拒否したり否定したり、さらにはお客様を馬鹿にしたりします。本来、顧客へのアドバイスは仕事の一部であるはずなのに！ 恥ずべきことです。私は長年IT業界で働いてきましたが、こんなことは一度も見たことがありません。

この店は避けるべきです。ほかの店舗にはもっと優秀なスタッフがいることを願います。なぜなら、このレベルの無能さは「日本で最高の店のひとつ」と自称するチェーンにとって深刻な問題だからです！

After having spent large amounts of money here several times, each time the advice from the employees has been nonexistent or even harmful. The employees are incompetent, and the manager does not take responsibility for any mistakes. They are not even able to notice whether the customer is buying compatible equipment. They are also incapable of testing the components they buy before reselling them, so you end up purchasing defective products! And after all that, they either refuse, deny, or even mock you — when advising customers is supposed to be an essential part of their job! It’s a disgrace. I have worked in the IT field for a long time, and I have never seen anything like this before.

Avoid this place. I hope the other stores have better staff, because this level of incompetence is a serious problem for a brand that claims to be one of the...

ドスパラのネット通販で買ったPCパーツが調子悪かった（約半年で使えなくなった）ので、店舗でその場で見てもらったら初期不良ということが分かりました。店舗に行ったのが土日で、かつ、その商品が代理店経由のため、平日になってから修理の発送して、2、3日（？）後に戻ってくるとのことでした( ^_^ ;)

ネット通販でPCパーツも多く取り扱っている、実店舗のあるPC専門店だからこそできる不良品の即時調査と豊富で信頼できる知識の接客でした(・ω・)b

あと、PCケースも置いてあるのですが、店がコンパクトなので、ケース自体の種類は展示に制限があり、その時々によりラインナップが変わっている気がします。私が行った時はENERMAXの種類のみでしたww ただ、展示するケースの選択はいいと思います。ドスパラのネット通販で販売しているものを自宅に配送することもできるとの事でしたが、スマホでネット通販の安めのPCケースを選んでいたら、結局店頭に並んでいたもの（3000円～5000円程度のクラス）になりました（笑） ですので、手頃で、且つ、機能性の高いものであれば、売れ筋のENERMAXがベストで、それを店頭に並べているのは良いチョイスだと思いました(...
