EDIT: I turn my 2 stars to 4. This is a very good example of great customer service and how to properly handle negative reviews.
After publishing my review, I was contacted by Yun, the manager, and she offered me to come back so I could try a new massage with her for 30’ at no cost.
I have just left the place and WOW: that was exactly what I was expecting to receive yesterday. Amazing touch and knowledge, she knew exactly what to do at every moment even if we only had half an hour.
If yesterday’s 60’ massage would have been like this, I would have left a 5-star review. And finally, I want to express my gratitude towards the whole team as they have received my criticism in a very professional, kind and understanding way.
A perfect example on how to convert a very disappointed customer in someone who will recommend you.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don’t like leaving a review like this but I’m terribly disappointed with the massage I received today.
I don’t leave 1 star because the place and the staff are is nice.
That being said, the only thing in common between the Traditional Thai Massage I was offered and paid for, and the massage I received, is that somebody touches your body. Nothing else. Not a single real Thai technique, and I know what I’m talking about as I’ve received around 100 Thai massages in 5 different countries: some are better and others are worse, but they all have a very similar routine and execution.
Here, no elbows or knees were used from my therapist, and she did not execute any of the famous Thai stretches. Also, she insisted on me paying an extra for oil as my legs were very stiff, and I complied though we all know no oil is needed in a traditional Thai massage if executed properly even if your body is way worse than what I was today. Towards the end, she also said we did not have time from some necessary stretches…
The only reason I did not confront the staff is because they were nice, but I also found unprofessional that they wanted me to come back in a couple of days. This, along with the average quality of the massage (it was indeed relaxing, but again I insist that it has nothing to do with a Thai one), left me in very bad spirits.
The worst thing is that I’ve left the place feeling I had been scammed and a terrible headache (maybe that is not due to the massage but the timing makes me feel maybe it’s no coincidence). I don’t understand the reviews they have, honestly.
PS: I am looking at the pictures of Google Maps and they show true Thai massages with stretches, so it is deceiving...
Read moreI had an incredible experience at KOO Thai Massage with my therapist, Far! From start to finish, everything was beyond exceptional. The ambiance of the spa immediately transported me to a place of tranquility, and the soothing aroma in the air set the perfect tone for relaxation.
Far's expertise in Thai massage is truly remarkable. The way she intuitively knew the right pressure points to target and the stretches to perform left me feeling rejuvenated and incredibly limber. Her technique was both gentle and firm, and it was evident that she is a master at her craft.
It's not often that you find such a high-quality spa with expert therapists that doesn't break the bank. KOO has managed to strike the perfect balance between affordability and excellence. The value I received for the price I paid was absolutely outstanding.
If you're in search of a Thai massage that goes beyond the ordinary, KOO is the place to be. And if you're lucky enough to have Far as your therapist, you're in for an unforgettable...
Read moreI cannot recommend this spa and masseuse Masa highly enough! After years of trying different massage spots, this was hands-down the best massage I have ever received. Masa, was truly exceptional – calm and gentle, yet incredibly strong and precise with every movement and stretch. He seemed to instinctively know exactly where I needed attention and how much pressure to apply.
The massage was so amazing that I came back for a longer massage the very next day. Both visits left me feeling lighter, more flexible, and completely relaxed, both physically and mentally. Masa’s technique blended deep tissue work with traditional Thai stretches in a way that released tension I didn’t even know I had.
The ambience of the spa was serene and welcoming, making it easy to unwind from the moment I walked in. If you are looking for a transformative massage experience, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Masa. I give this place my absolute highest recommendation – you will not be...
