Love the experience! me and my friend went in without much expectations, but the hospitality and the attention to detail was top notch. The staff was super nice, despite me and my friend not being able to speak Japanese, everything was communicated clearly. They were patient when we chose our kimono, and the process of putting on the kimono was so fascinating to watch. We chose to add on hairstyles too, and it was worth it. The hairstyle was beautiful and it really completes the whole look. Would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a kimono rental place that is fuss free and no booking required!

This year I was finally able to come back to Kyoto, and I made my appointment online for 9am. The staff were so sweet and friendly and they have such a beautiful selection of Kimonos. It made the experience so much more special. Also, the hairstyles are super pretty. I think I will come back again in the future <3
