I found Chihiro on instagram and liked her work so I decided to book an appt with her on my trip to Osaka. It was a very easy process to book on hot pepper. Chihiro and I messaged on instagram prior to my visit to discuss the color I’d like for my hair.

The hair salon was very cute. Chihiro and I communicated on translator app but it was a no brainer, pleasant experience as she is so lovely and upbeat. She understood what I wanted for my cut and the colors I prefer and did a wonderful job with my hair.

We did a two tone no bleach color for beige greige!

The whole process was fast, everything was completed within 2 hours.

Staff is friendly and they provided iced tea and charger for me during my appt.
