The high reviews given by other patrons did not reflect my dining experience here tonight. Our group of 4 waited a brief time at the front door for a table to clear up. We were lead to a dirty table top full of water from the previous guests. They apologized, asked us to wait again while they cleaned the table. We were sat down and just as we draped our belonging on the chairs and got comfortable, we were asked to move tables, to a even more dirty table. They cleaned it as quick as they could and sat us down. We ordered five dishes as a group and a beer. One of my friends received their beer, appetizer and pho quiet quickly. Two of us each ordered pho and to get remaining friend ordered at curry rice. From the time my first friend got his 3 items, it took over 45 minutes for the rest of our order to appear. We reminded them twice that there were more dishes ordered and the first time they brushed us off saying yes, it's coming. The second time we had to insist that they physically look at our order history on our phone because the kitchen seems to have lost it. The dishes then took ten minutes to come out and the taste was very mediocre. Staff were not very apologetic. The toilet is basically abandoned and without signage. There was no hand soap in the washroom. When we were leaving ,at the mouth of their entrance, there were two rats searching through the garbage at their entrance looking for food. Many tourist saw this as an attraction, took many photos and screamed plenty.

It is beyond me how this restaurant is rating so highly. My recommendation: do not visit

I was craving a vermicelli bowl with pork, so I ended up visiting this place with my husband.

Upon arrival, there was one guy in the hallway who addressed us in English and told us to go ahead inside. But once inside we just stood there without anyone acknowledging us. A waiter did come over and took us to a table for 2. There was a table for 2 open at the window but instead we were given a table in between other tables. The lovely table at the window with the view was given to the Asian couple behind us. Way to show favoritism lol. The menu for both drinks and food is huge, too huge. The waiter who served our table sadly didn't speak any English and we don't speak enough Japanese or Vietnamese to get by, so we ordered by pointing at things. It took the waiter a literal 3 minutes per item to locate it in his digital order system. Very efficient.. Then more annoyance because my food came out before our drinks were even out. Drinks followed second. And more than 5 minutes behind mine, my husband's dish finally came out. Two other tables (couples) did receive their food together. Again, coincidence of favoritism?

The food did taste good but the whole experience made it feel like a tourist trap as the prices are on the higher side for the type of food and type of establishment. Although the server was friendly, the service in general was just garbage. What restaurant that has more than 5 locations across Osaka can't serve a table their dishes at the same time? Ridiculous. Also, during the time we were there, the smell of cigarettes was evident in the room multiple times. It was as if someone inside was smoking, not sure where but the...

I recently visited this Vietnamese restaurant in Osaka and had a disappointing experience. Upon entering the upstairs area, the air was stuffy with no air conditioning, making it difficult to breathe. Additionally, people were smoking inside. We requested a different room with air conditioning.

We ordered beef noodle soup, special spicy beef noodle soup, and a glass of beer. The waiting time was excessively long, and the food was not authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The beef noodle soup, in particular, did not resemble the traditional rare beef soup I expected.

Moreover, we were overcharged compared to the menu prices. After adding the 10% tax, our bill was still 100-300 yen higher than it should have been. Although I was unwell that day and did not feel up to disputing the charge, I would advise future customers to check their bills carefully before paying.

Overall, the restaurant was dirty, and the service was subpar. I do not recommend this place for...
