We came to the store and purchased three bags from them. The staff here is very pushy and rude unless you tell them straight away you want to purchase something so you feel very pressured to buy.
My friend bought a $700 NZD Gucci bag which appeared to be in good condition which was fine. After 48 hours of normal wear (the bag just had a passport and lipgloss inside) the straps of the bag broke. We reached out to them for options they can provide to fix this as 2 days of use for $700 is unacceptable. They refused to help in any way and said you signed a document saying there is no refunds, exchanged etc. this is understandable if it was a change of mind decision but not selling a faulty item for that cost. We are now afraid to use the other bags as a bag is intended because it is a matter of time before the others break as well.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! They are very rude and not good for tourists. We found plenty other bag shops on that street for better prices and higher quality with better...
