The massage itself was good, but not giving me the full minutes I paid for and wasting my time led to a poor experience.

My wife and I asked if they have availability for foot massage for the both of us. The owner or manager lady ushered us inside and we agreed to a 30 minute service . We were asked to pay first. My wife sat in a chair and I was given a room with a massage table.

My wife started her massage quickly and after 5 minutes, I asked when my therapist would start. Only then was I told my massage will start after my wife is done as we are sharing the same therapist. This was a major inconvenience and should have been clarified with us. All couples go in to get massages at the same time as no one wants to wait around for the other person. How can this important detail not be communicated as we would have gone elsewhere.

Then both my wife and I received massages for around 20-23 minutes instead of the full 30 min. Our therapist was in a rush the entire time and even left me for 3 minutes to speak to someone in the middle of my massage. It was obvious they did not have capacity to service us but instead of declining our business, they chose to waste our time and gave us less minutes than what we paid for.

I came for a foot massage for myself and a full body massage for my husband. The two chairs for foot massages are awkwardly placed right in front of the entrance, so whoever enters first sees you sitting there. The lady had just started my massage when two more people entered to inquire. She stopped the massage to attend to them, and after 5-10 minutes, she resumed. Throughout the massage, the lady kept getting up, and would only use one hand when she received a text. She was easily distracted by the other masseuse beside her, often pausing for a second or two. As a result, she didn’t massage one foot properly at all. The place didn’t even have proper air conditioning. She left her station four times during my massage. Went for 30 minute foot massages with my husband for ¥3000 per person. The masseuses were strong, but the massage felt like we were being poked and prodded pretty roughly. It wasn’t relaxing. I was on a massage table but my husband was on a thin, somewhat old mattress on the floor. Because the mattress was against a wall, his massage was lopsided. Afterwards I had some shooting pain next to my heel and the next day I had soreness, probably bruising, in my upper back from where she used her elbow and slipped a bit.
