LUSH — Local services in Osaka

While in Osaka this Lush store was top on the list of places we wanted to go. We missed our favorite products from America and wanted to see what Lush Japan had to offer. Staff members Disha and Ruka were extremely kind and helpful! They answered all our questions and made many great suggestions and recommendations. We spent a lot this day because we live in rural Japan where Lush is impossible to find, but I’m sure the products will last a long time until we can come back again. It is worth it for natural products with amazing quality. ☺️ Disha and Ruka did everything possible to make our visit fun, even accommodating our luggage while we shopped and offering support in both English and Japanese. CAEDE!! I am Korean but I will write a review in English because CAEDE can speak English. CAEDE recommended so many scents and good scents, and they chose a scent that suits me well. It was really hard to choose, but I think I had a satisfying shopping experience thanks to CAEDE. On my way home, I saw a gift from CAEDE, and I was very surprised that they gave me a handwritten letter and a product that I was agonizing over whether to buy or not. My son wanted the new Minecraft goods and was able to get two items (intergalactic bathbomb and Milk bucket soap. He was really happy about it and is now playing the Lush add on in Minecraft. The staff were super friendly and helpful (speaking both Japanese and English). They helped me try a few products and I decided to treat myself and daughter to a new face mask, massage bar and a couple of fun bathbombs. Really fun shopping experience.
