Such a beautiful Tsutaya by Osaka station. They had a great selection of books, particularly photography books.

The bookstore is shaped like an oval with a Starbucks and share lounge in the middle, books at the center of the oval and lots of shops and stationery at the periphery.

The Tsutaya is on the 9th floor of the Lucua 1100 building. Be sure to check out the Support Plaza on the 11th floor for wonderful views of the city. They have a convenience store where you can buy a drink and...

The circular layout of Umeda Tsutaya Books is very unique. All the books revolve around the cafe in the middle. Selection is pretty good. You can't compare it to the T-Site in Daikanyama because that's probably the best bookstore in all of Japan. But the Umeda Tsutaya is probably my second favorite. My third favorite would probably be the one in Ropponmatsu, Fukuoka. But the Umeda location is a really cool experience. Worth...

Omg.... such a mega bookstore with a coffee place in the middle. I really like the wooden design. I can imagine Japanese like reading a lot with such a big variety. This is one of the 2 bookshops I went in osaka sells JPLT books and learning japanese books with bigger range.
