Rich garden Umeda-nakazakicho — Restaurant in Osaka

Not the experience I was expecting. Wish I would have taken more photos. So my husband wanted to EST here, and we found them while walking around. Picture of the double cheeseburger looked good.

So we came back. Not a very good greeting. We were seated and handed damp towels. We were then told that you had to order drinks to eat there. I ordered the Jazzberry 650¥ for 250 mL. Hubby ordered oolong tea, but got some overly sweet carbonated drink.

I was not craving a burger and was indecisive on everything else. I ordered the mixed "fly" platter, for 1500¥+. Hubby ordered the double cheeseburger, oh and for 1300¥+ it doesn't come with fries. That cost extra.

My food did not look like the pictures in the menu. All my food came from a freezer bag. The fish (2 pieces) had so much batter around a small fillet. It also tasted really fishy. The chicken nuggets looked worse than what I could get at McDonald's. They had a funny taste. The onion rings had a lot of batter too. The fries were just okay.

The burger took forever. So we ordered, a table with two patrons came in. They ordered at least 10-15 minutes after us. But their burgers came out at the same time as my husband's.

We spent 4500¥+ on a terrible meal with not so good service. This has been one of our most expensive meals in Japan, and the worst.

I understand it may be a themed restaurant, but it fell short...

The food was absolutely incredible (I would have provided a picture but I couldn’t help but eat immediately)

I’ve seen a lot of comments on service but the service we received was amazing, food was made and brought out by friendly staff as a foreigner we sometimes feel out of place but felt very welcomed here, we was left alone to eat our delicious meal which I loved.

I had a BLT with crispy fries and my partner had a super bacon burger with crispy fries.

My BLT was great, very well seasoned and also very balanced each ingredient worked well with the other and the thick piece of bacon hit the spot.

The atmosphere was great, it felt relaxed. The decor gave off American dinner vibes with soft American rock playing in the background.

10/10 would recommend everyone to come here with the reminder that service is different in...

Best burger restaurant in Umeda!! Only about a 8 - 10 minute walk from Umeda Station.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and a really good vibe to it. The restaurant has protective measures against Covid-19, which is greatly appreciated. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

They offer a wide variety of burgers and other tasty dishes. Our burgers were delicious, juicy and full of flavour. The also offer beers from around the world(USA, Belgium, Germany and Mexico). The burgers were a bit pricey but are definitely worth it.

The menu has English on it so it’s easy to order.

I can’t wait to eat here...
