We custom-made two tshirts with two logos each. Paid over 5.500 yen each. After two hours we got the tshirts. As we saw the result we were very disappointed. The quality of the prints was not as depicted and shown on pictures, colors especially red and pink were sheer and not strong. We tried to explain to 3 different store worker (one of them was store manager), they understood the problem but didn’t even try to offer a solution or an exchange or the option to print it once again. We asked for the store manager and recognized that he was standing next to us the whole time while we were discussing to another staff member - this was just ridiculous. Asking for any exchange they just claimed that we signed any mistake, so after 20 minutes of being patient and asking for a solution from adidas the staff was just standing around without doing anything. We printed tshirts in Uniqulo for half the price and quality and colors were much better. So we recommend...

I visited Adidas Cat Street Tokyo today at 6 PM and had an unpleasant experience with one of the female staff members. I politely asked to try on two items of clothing, but her response was shocking. She looked at me with an expressionless face, didn’t utter a word, and just pointed towards the fitting room. When I walked over, she closed the curtain loudly behind me, which felt rude and unnecessary. I am confident that I did not behave in any way that would justify this kind of treatment. This staff member, who had shoulder-length black hair and was wearing cargo shorts, left me wondering how she managed to pass the interview to work in a store that attracts many international customers. Her attitude did not reflect the level of service I would expect from such a well-known brand. I hope the management can look into this and remind the staff of the importance of good...

Just like any other Adidas store. Went looking for something unique... All they had was a verly light aqua faded blue pastle track suit that was the local shop edition... A super bland colour .

I went looking for anything unique or a limited collaboration item or anything I could say was not standard in.my local store ... There was nothing. Not even previous limited items on display.

Adidas, what a let down... The same thing in Singapore as Tokyo ... Nothing same stock and all of it very not interesting.... It's better to shop on eBay.

The young lady who served me empathized with me and offerd me a limited sticker.... That was very nice of her. And she tried her best to make me happy Thank you. (Excellent service)
