Worst LV store in the world. I was sold a passport cover by LV in Singapore and was told I could have the passport cover hot foil stamped by ANY LV store with the hot stamping machine. In-fact I was told with 100% certainty that I can and should ask every LV airport store for a special local hot foil (you can see the special one from Singapore airport in my photo). This shop has the hot foil but refused to stamp my passport cover “unless I bought there”, so what we have established is that LV will mislead customers about their global policies and LV Japan feel they can do what they want to customers and frankly they don’t care what it does to the global brand image. I just visted this LV Haneda Airport location on Aug 26, 2025, as I was leaving to go back home to the US. Person of color (light skinned mixed race), and was followed around the entire store when no other person was. I even asked not to be followed, and pointed out that 10 other women of other races were left alone to shop without being followed. Not until I took a picture of this sales representative is when she left me alone (japanese woman in the picture with short hair cut).
