We used the restaurant at 14:00 on Saturday, and there was plenty of room. Located on the 5th floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 3, the restaurant is compact. There are tables and counter seats. The observation deck is right in front of the restaurant, so we have been back several times to enjoy our meals while watching the airplanes. The weather was fine, so we ate outside in the free space. Ordering at the counter is self-service.

I ordered fish & chips and iced tea. @1110

Expasa has a lot to offer. Located at the top of Haneda airport international terminal, you’ve got great views over the tarmac to watch the comings and goings of this large airport. I had a Taiwan banana smoothie and at 550Yen it was pretty good value for money considering the size. Staff were actually quite fun and happy to exchange a small giggle with me as I stumbled trying to order in Japanese. Fortunately their English was good. Wheelchair accessible and...

Light, bright and airy place that has views over the airport. The 500 yen breakfast set here is OK. It looked like it would be much better value from the picture. We had the egg dog and pancakes. The egg dog bread was hard, the pancakes dry and were less appealing taste-wise than the ones you can buy in Japanese convenience stores. On the plus side, there are power outlets here, so you can work on a laptop while having coffee. The coffee is...
