Very bad experience there, although I was always really satisfied in other ABC marts. Subjectively I'd say there were not enough employees to handle all the customers. Then objectively, I was ignored knowingly a first time by the one I could finally interact with. As he was the only one available in this area of the shop, we were forced to interact at some point. He made absolutely 0 effort in communication (english or japanese) and brushed off my own attempts in Japanese. Took him around 15 minutes to get the shoes I wanted to try, while I could see him taking care of other customers in the mean time. He could have told me to wait if he was busy. Each time I tried shoes in ABC marts, they took some time to "prepare" them. I was not the case this time. I would not see any problem if this was the usual way of handling customers. But it is not, as I can tell by previous experiences in ABC mart, and also the treatment for the other customers around me at that moment. When I acknowledged that they did not fit well, he took back the shoe and continued talking fast in Japanese without looking at me, and started to leave without even properly finishing the interaction.
