I’ve been to Ume no Hana restaurants multiple times, but this branch only once. And gotta say, it’s almost instantly one of my favourite.
Impeccable service, and the staff tends to your needs very well. They introduce each dish, teach you how to eat some more complicated ones, and in our case, as we didn’t speak Japanese, they helped print English instructions and an English menu for us. First time we’ve had this in an Ume no Hana restaurant.
Atmosphere is beautiful. And I mean beautiful. When you walk in, you leave the bustling city and enter a different world. They literally remodelled the entire floor of the building into a rural Japanese village type place, and you’d find yourself walking through bridges over rock roads. Absolutely stunning for a restaurant. Only downside is the noise cancellation in rooms isnt the best, to say the least.
Food. Superb craftsmanship, each dish is modelled into excellence. Some of the best omakase I’ve ever had. Very unique dining experience as well. Tourists have to try this restaurant at least once (or any other Ume no Hana for this matter)
Price is great for what they offer, and if you have a budget they have lower cost meals. Strongly recommend the sets.

Hence although the food and ambience was top notch, the service cost...
