This is the place to go. They have scissors, nail clippers and hardware/tools. Yeah, like I said, it’s a little bit pricier, but honestly, the selection, the location, the amount of choices the convenience in the quality is unmatched. We visited Hands department store as tourists looking specifically for a rubber foot for medical crutches, as my partner has a leg injury and they needed to replace them. We’d looked everywhere and were desperate and tired at around 18:30 time. Staff were so helpful in pointing us to the correct floor and location quickly. They had two sizes on offer 16mm and 19mm on floor 7, the hardware department. Once we got them, the staff kindly assisted in fitting them on our crutches, even filing down the ends to fit. I was so relieved I cried happy tears. I understand it is not customary to tip in Japan, but I would have given the team all my Yen coins if I could.
