BOSS Omotesando Store — Local services in Tokyo

My husband and I went there this afternoon, and although we are English and Japanese bilingual, we were taking in English so a bilingual female store staff and Japanese male staff who could only speak Japanese came to upstairs with us. They thought we didn't understand Japanese, and while my husband was trying clothes on, the male clerk was telling the female clerk what to say in English - he said, the pants my husband was trying on has a loose waist so my husband might ask for a size smaller but then they might be too short for him so just tell him he looks good and stuff to deceive him in buying either sizes you know the drill, etc.!! Then my husband actually wanted a size bigger, and the store didn't have that size in the colors he wanted. So we asked the bilingual female clerk to see if other BOSS stores have the size. She again went to the male clerk, they found the right size in two other stores in Tokyo but then they were taking among themselves in Japanese that they lose credit or commission if they get the pants transferred from other stores etc!!! Then the female clerk came back so we played ignorant and asked her if they found the size. She was like, ah, well, we do see that some stores have the size on computer but this information is right this second so by the time we actually ask they might not have them blah blah... Well, all she had to do was call those stores and secure the size! Anyway, we left without saying anything. What jerks!! Don't go to the omotesando location. Go to Ginza Mitsukoshi BOSS!! They...

Disgusting and blatant profiling. An employee followed us across all 3 floors making no attempt to hide the fact he was trying to make us feel uncomfortable so that we would leave.

Was not informed the store had a strict black tie dress code.

No words were exchanged at all. No welcome, no offers of assistance, no farewell. Horrid behaviour totally...

The service from the staff is horrible and disgusting! They keep following and putting pressure on me while I am exploring the products. This is very unusual behavior in Japan!
