Absolutely horrendous how they treat people. It is a disgrace to the brand and totally turned me off. This was the third location we went to with another in Shibuya and Shinjuku referring me to this location. We wanted to get our passport book stamped that we just purchased in a store in Hanoi Vietnam. The two reps named Y. KAWASHIMA, Y. LU who did not want to help us when they realized we wanted a stamp. Y. KAWASHIMA was laughing in our face while Y. LU rudely tried to get rid of us. When we requested a manager R. ISHII she pretended to not understand us and all three stated that in order to get a stamp on a Louis passport cover we just purchased a few days ago from an official store that we needed to purchase their passport book cover. I asked if we can buy something else but they stated they would not stamp our book. It was rude, disrespectful and honestly humiliating. We are regular customers at these stores all over the world and we felt insulted. These three individuals not only deserve to be fired but they should never work in sales ever again. They disrespect the brand, customers, and frankly have no business work for a brand like this. I’m disappointed to a point that I will from now on not only never to shop again at another LV store but will encourage everyone else I meet to do the same until this is justified. Read moreI bought a bag charm from this shop. They didn’t say anything about they don’t accept returns when I purchased the item. They just said if I don’t have the receipt, I can’t exchange or return. Their exchange and returning policy on the receipt said I can return it within 30 days if the all accessories included. So I got the receipt and 2 days later, I wanted to return the item. I went to the shop, I had to wait almost 1 hour to return the item and get the money back. They apologized about their service, but the last thing that she said to me, “this is very special service so they can’t do it again”. First of all, this was their fault. They need to teach all sales person to tell the customer that they don’t accept returns. And they have to change their return policy on the receipt immediately. I never want to get anything from this shop unless they change their receipt. If they don’t do it, all customers have the right to return items, and the stores are forced...

We had Hirano as our associate and she was exceptional. Our son was working a lot to save his money so he could buy his 2nd Niche cologne. (He is only 16) We could have gotten it in NOLA but wanted to get it in Tokyo when we visit our family so here we went. This building was amazing with 8 floors and when we decided on the purchase, we were taken upstairs and waited for the item get wrapped with their special water in the lounging area. (Wow lol).
We have been to other LV in US side and purchased items but never have been treated this well like we did yesterday. Kudos to this location of Louis Vuitton with their customer service. If you EVER want to buy anything from LV, GO TO THIS LOCATION and if Ms. Hirano Fukui is available, ask for her....
