Bad service if you buy their things online. Received my order this morning, the packagings of 2 instant noodles were opened. Apparently the packagings were purposedly torn apart. Called them but they blamed it on the Sagawa delivery. I never think Sagawa can be that negligent in taking care of the parcels as I never have any problem with their excellent services. I am very disappointed with your...

I had a negative experience with the female clerk/cashier at this store. After reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has encountered rudeness and poor attitude. The store should definitely provide training for their employees on proper customer service and how to treat customers...
