This store services locals before foreigners. I was first in line waiting to get in to view purses and wallets. A Japanese couple queued up behind me and spoked Japanese to the associate at the door. Shortly after the associate Google translated a message to me saying the couple had an appointment. Clearly they didn’t as they acted very surprised when they were let in before me.
When it was finally my turn to go in, they said feel free to browse and an associate will be available to help. I already know what I wanted and stood around for 15 minutes before I got help. I asked for the item in black color but instead they showed me the item in a less popular color and said that was all they had in stock. Second time a Japanese lady asked a question and the salesperson let her right in and the lady looked surprised. Third time, another Japanese woman asked them a question and she seemed confused and waited in line after. Then I saw the 2 sales person kept giving looks at each other to signal the Japanese woman to come. I get it. All the foreigners are overcrowding your town. But a line is a line. This store should fire her as soon as possible before rating going down to 1 star. I’ve never been treated so poorly in any store before. She incredibly rude and dismissive.
