I have never encountered such shockingly unprofessional behavior from supermarket staff, particularly the Indian employees here. Their rude and dismissive attitude toward customers is beyond unacceptable. Not only do they refuse to help, but they also mock customers behind their backs. This is not just poor service – it’s a complete disgrace to the standards expected in Japan, especially in a place frequented by tourists.

The fact that such disrespectful individuals are allowed to work here is baffling. Their behavior tarnishes the reputation of this supermarket and reflects horribly on the management’s ability to hire staff who care about their job. It makes me seriously question whether the management even values their customers or the image of their business.

I urge the owner to take immediate action and rid this place of staff who have zero interest in doing their job professionally. Until then, I will not be returning, and I encourage others to avoid this place unless they want to be disrespected and treated poorly.

This experience left a bad taste, and it’s a shame to see such behavior in a country known for its excellent service.
