The machine I played was literally impossible to play. Literally impossible. At first, I asked for assist after spending 3000. I aimed for the place according to the staff and definitely should’ve gotten it at that point. They made it easier by putting it lower than the rubber band. However after spending a few more, it would not move at all and I ended up spending 5000. Asked for an assist again but the same guy wouldn’t help me so I asked the female employee. She helped me but to no avail. I ended up spending 8000 until they literally started play testing it and they would not get the figure however many times they played. I think I waited like 20 minutes watching them do it and they would not get it no matter how they set it up. At one point, they made it so it was above the rubber band and they still couldn’t flip it over. They ended up shifting my figure to another machine and I got it there. I asked if I could get a refund or some service credits since even the staffs couldn’t get it and clearly this was the fault of whoever set up the machine. They rejected my request and only gave me one credit to which I got the figure with. After I left, it seems like they were fixing the machine. How can they push their faults onto their customers?...

Do you enjoy fair crane game mechanics? Well turn away. They genuinely don't want you to win. The payout mechanic is a lot worst in this location. Most crane games will try to be fair and have a payout of around MSRP or maybe double MSRP. Here, they genuinely don't want you to get the prizes ever even if you payout the prize by about 10* the value. You can sink in 5000 yen for a 500 yen prize or just ignore this location and buy it yourself. Honestly the only thing you should do here is the gachapon machines and use the coin exchange. Ignore the crane games...

Of the four Gigo locations in Akihabara, this is by far the least. Two small floors of UFO catchers, and that's basically it. It is good at what it is, a small spot for catcher games, but that's all it offers. No other games, video, rhythm,...
