Very disappointing to have travelled from the other side of town to find out that there new release was happening in 2 days and basically not much stock at all in the store. When we asked about the new release they said it was 2 x T-shirts and that’s it. Apart from being told that we would have to line up for hours to even get in the store on the release day, the chances of getting stock would be close to zero. I don’t think they were keen on our business, even though we buy regularly from them on line. Also they had an on site cafe, so we thought we’d order some coffees only to be told there was a 45 minute wait, with only 2 people before us. Probably the only bad experience we had in Japan, in a store that we were really looking forward to...

Terrible queuing system and protocols. Managed to get what I wanted because I went down early on saturday to queue but what disgusted me the most was a throng of chinese resellers who were obviously snapping up stocks not for personal use. At some point in time, new people part of the same group as these sellers tried to cut the queue. Store needs to sieve out these rowdy and disorganized people ruining the experience for genuine buyers and probably set a limit of 2pcs max per person (vs existing rule of 1pc per design). Waited close to 2.5hrs, not...

Horrible experience. Staff were rude and unapproachable. Took our order wrong and insisted there was no exchange to be made despite not having paid yet. Staff took a mop and chased us out of the store & into the rain just so she could dry the floor with a magiclean wiper meant...
