They were busy. The staff was friendly. You need to order in Japanese by the way. I ordered the Regular Chicken Burrito Bowl which I really like back at home. Customers had bags on tables but no one was sitting on them for about 15 minutes we were there for half an hour after we ordered. They were stingy with the food but the food was tasty. This was from your KITCHEN BASE in Nakano. ABSOLUTELY horrible standards/quality you have given yourself from this facility.
