American review! Booked via hotpepper (website most salons in Japan use for booking). Google translate to English is pretty good on the websote but FYI, "scalping" means nail extensions and when you choose a design style, you will choose your actual design in the store from a selection they have which is what I did (if you book the option to choose your own design, you can bring in a specific design you want though). Location isn't too hard to find, there is a store sign on the street level and the store is on the 2nd floor. The nail salon was very clean and peaceful. The lady who did my nails didn't know much English but we got by using her phone translator and my Google translate on my phone. I didn't find any free wifi in the salon though so make sure you have your own internet connection. It took just over an hour to do my nails with gel, no extensions. My nails turned out so beautifully and haven't chipped at all after 2 weeks. The photo doesn't do it justice. Two of my nails have the magnetic nail polish that changes depending on angle. I went there to get my nails done on the 26th of July, since I was not very happy with my nails I left a bad review, now I have to rewrite a new one cause it got deleted somehow.

ただ、クリスマス時期で繁忙期だったのか、私が持ち込んだデザインが難しかったのか、過去1で雑な対応をされたことが残念でした。専用アプリから予約したからですかね。クチコミできなくてモヤモヤしたのでこちらに書かせていただきます。

オフしづらかったのか、○○ジェルですか？と聞かれましたが、詳しくなくいつもお任せなので、落としづらいものだったならすみませんでした。 マグネットを合計6本塗りましたが、磁石使われないの初めてでした。道具まで持ってきていたのになぜ？？？ただ細かいラメギッシリのものを塗っただけでした。マグネットって磁石使ってナンボなんじゃないんですか？詳しくないのですが。 ラメフレンチをお願いしましたが、ラインガタガタでした。

また、良かれと思ってご提案いただいたことは分かっているのですが、どう考えても配置がダサいです。良いご提案をせっかくいただいたのに、その後のフォローやアドバイスが皆無だったのでとても違和感のある手元になりました。

色見本も勝手に見ろ、これでと色を伝えると色味の確認もない(あったのはデザインの確認だけでした)、アイネイルズさんはいつも親身になって相談に乗ってくださって、色もたくさん比べさせてくださって、それこそこんな爪じゃ外出れない！という時に泣きつく感じで駆け込んだ時も、納得のいく手元になれるので、本当に重宝しています。 それこそお時間も枠もあるだろうに、納得いくまで付き合ってくださいます。 だからこそ、今回の対応は余りにも残念でした。

最後に、担当さんの方で納得いかなかったのか上からさらにコーティングしたところ、剥がれました。理由は分かりませんが。よくよく拭き取っておられたのに曇ってたし、あっという間に剥がれたし、何が何だか… 今回はもう枠も無いので他店でやり直して貰います。
