They sold me a defective luggage scale but I have no time to return so they can correct their mistake. It’s so useless that it says a nearly empty backpack is 27 kg. A small camera is 12 kg. The lack of quality control is wild - I actually think someone returned this and they resold it. Their staff is also a mixed bag. My cashier was great and tried to manage the other employees but it took them about 30 minutes to retrieve the luggage I bought. I watched as people who purchased their luggage after me got it immediately while I waited.
