Poor customer service.

When I first arrived, there was no one at the desk to help me. Later on after doing my own research online, a store employee was helping a Japanese customer while I was waiting at the desk. He passed the customer to another employee without asking if I needed help. The feeling that I got was that these employees don't like to help foreigners.

For good customer service, you should go to L-Breath instead. There are people who can speak English and it's less crowded.
