I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at this Marimekko store today.
During my visit, I interacted with one of your sales assistant, a blonde hair lady at the paying counter. Unfortunately, I found her attitude to be quite unprofessional—she was moody, unapproachable, and did not seem willing to assist customers, especially foreigners like me. When I asked for help, her responses were curt, and she appeared uninterested in providing any support. This made my shopping experience unpleasant and unwelcoming.
I decided to buy that product I like online instead of buying from her.

Asked if i could take a photo of the pouches cause i wanted to ask my friend if she wants me to get one for her. The old woman answered yes but added with an unpleasant tone the shop is going to close in 5 minutes.. Like, huh?
