It’s my first time getting my hair done in overseas and I’m so glad to get it done at Bondzsalon! The level of service and treatment is superior! I did a hair cut, color and treatment.

The staff can converse well in English. I had my hair cut done by Kizuki, whom is extremely friendly and patient. She consulted me on the style and color I expected and then provided her feedback.

The end result - a refreshing hair style that took years off my look!

The dye and treatment used are different from those used in Singapore and Malaysia. There was no lingering scent of the hair dye, and the after treatment left my hair really soft and smelling great!

Kizuki also recommended a hair balm to style and hold the cut. No cross selling, just a simple recommendation that really works!

I had a good experience at BONDZSALON. Maiko Tokita was friendly, always smiling, and made me feel comfortable. I booked an appointment for treatment, cut, and color but ended up not being able to get my highlights refreshed because Maiko only does whole-head dyeing. This was my fault, as I didn’t realize that the specialties listed on the website for each stylist meant any other service was off the table, presumably. I got more time back in my day as a result, but I feel bad for booking a longer slot that did not get used fully (sorry 🙇‍♀️).

Regardless, Maiko did a thorough job with the treatment and haircut. She made sure I got what I wanted by confirming with a sketch and reference pictures beforehand. There was a small language barrier, but I usually do not chat when I get my hair done anyway (and Maiko’s English is 100% better than my Japanese...
