I made an appointment online and visited on 19 October 2023. It was such a pleasant experience that I would definitely recommend to everyone I know. My hair designer was Koga-san. Her colleague, Ran-san (sincere apologies if I remembered the name wrongly), was very helpful and attentive throughout the session. I had a trim, color and treatment. The result was amazing and I was so happy. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and memory! :)

In Tokyo's bad weather condition, I decided to walk into this salon after finding them on Google (which salon's speaks English). There are only one staff member who speaks English during the visit, yet their warm hospitality and relaxing atmosphere makes me feel assured that I am in good hands.

I got a haircut by Konatsu Koga, and I love the results! The way she cut the bangs is also very special, and I like it very much (she understands that I want that Japanese short bangs to frame the face). She also gives suggestions regarding the overall styles in what is suitable for my face and hair type and how to style it. Her English was limited, and the other staff needed to help to translate, but I am very happy with the results, her understanding of what will look good on her client and the full treatment in this salon.

Will come back next time for their hair...

For those seeking a beautiful environment with excellent cutting experience and technique, come to Nora. Albeit the one drawback being that of course, if you speak English, the staff are fluent in Japanese. English speakers are best off either having an exact image of the style they are speaking, or knowing how to communicate in Japanese (if it basic).

My stylist Saki Takahashi and assistant Honoka were so patient and kind despite my broken Japanese. I got a maegami for the first time and was completely at ease because of their amazing technique.

I am so so thrilled to have found this salon. I am a tourist in Tokyo and wanted to get my hair cut and treated before I departed back to the UK. Every person I came across was incredibly kind and welcoming. I speak basic Japanese and they were incredibly accommodating and encouraging. I got the hair cut and tokio treatment and it was amazing. My stylist saki san was incredibly skilled and enacted my vision so easily and efficiently.
