I saw headspa massages on YouTube so I had to try it out - it was honestly the most relaxing massage I’ve ever received. The course I chose focused on relieving tension from every muscle group between my head all the way to my hands, and by the time Mona finished my neck I was already blissfully melting in her hands. Because of my profession, I tend to spend a lot of time on the PC and the massage we decided on through the consultation was -exactly- what I needed. After the massage, there was a shampoo and scalp treatment that was refreshing and relaxing - it was all the best elements of a massage and salon visit mixed into one session!

Mona’s care was exceptional and made me feel so cared for and comfortable that I was on the brink of drifting off into sleep the entire time. I could feel how much thought she put into her movements! She was delightful to talk to and we shared a few laughs that made me feel right at home. 本当にありがとうございました!!

American here! Was walking around looking for a scalp treatment. It is difficult to get a walk-in or appointment so I had to schedule to come in the next day. Employees there are very lovely. Some speak basic English but we used Google translate the whole time so communication for English speakers is good here! I got my scalp treatment by [I believe her name is] Noa. She didn’t speak much English but the whole time we had a conversation over Google translate. She was very sweet and attentive to my hair concerns. At the end of the treatment, they leave the room for you to dry your own hair, which I appreciated the solo time to relax and get dressed after the treatment. The room has a vanity stocked with q-tips, hair brush, and other cosmetic items to help you freshen up. Overall, I definitely would come back for a scalp treatment here, it was the most relaxing 90 minutes of my life for about $150 USD (it is on the pricey side but well worth it). It is my first time in Japan and I really wanted to get an authentic Japanese head spa. Unfortunately, I did not book anything in advance but on the day I arrived to Japan, I messaged Wayanpuri Ginza on Instagram and they responded within minutes and were able to book me in for an appointment on the same day! I was so happy!!! The staff was so helpful over chat and when I arrived, I was greeted by Ota-san at the reception, who also provided me with a nice cup of tea and a very friendly and professional service. My head massage was done by Mona-san and it left my scalp and hair feeling so refreshed and silky! I can certainly tell that she is a professional in what she does!
