Booking online was a breeze, which meant we had a set menu waiting for us and didn't need to puzzle over what to order. The menu was all about horse—from sashimi to sushi to grilled meat. Surprisingly, while horse meat can often be chewy, everything we tried was exceptionally tasty and well-prepared.
