The shop staff need a bit of training. I've always had an excellent experience at the Shinjuku location (very professional and polite). At the Ginza location I requested to look at two rings (both had yellow diamonds). The size of one of the rings was quite small, so asked the staff member if such a small size is normal in Japan, and he said “for young women” (basically implying I was old) and when I asked if they had other yellow diamond rings he said “Yes, but the price is very different“ (implying I was poor). Beautiful selection of luxury second-hand bags in impeccable condition. While they may not be the most affordable in town, the selection was by far the most robust of any shop that I visited and included very unique items, such as limited edition LV bags such as the Jeff Koons collection Rubens Neverfull. I also appreciated that they required customers to wear gloves to touch any of the purses, ensuring they were kept in pristine condition for the next purchaser (I did not see this requirement for other stores). My wife bought a Tiffany ring from this store which was sent from another branch. We were shown the ring and the quality was superb. What made the buying experience extra special for us was the customer service received from Yang-san and Hateno-san. They two were absolutely amazing, very professional, courteous, incredibly friendly and a great conversation. I cannot express how wonderful these two were during our visit to the store.
