REALITY LAB. ISSEY MIYAKE — Local services in Tokyo

Very bad service & bad attitude. Extremely “special + ridiculous” sales experience. When I arrived, the female staff asked if I would like to see Baobao. I answered yes and I was looking at the Baobao area and found that quite a lot bags were there.

The staff only showed me an iPad and said only these (around 10 bags) available. I said I would like to go there and take a look. She repeated only all these on the iPad were available, all others were sold out.

She didn’t let me go to see the Baobao bags area and then she was waiting for me to say “yes to the bags on iPad” or leave immediately

I never came across such “special ridiculous” sales experience in any Baobao shops in the world. I was only near the entry/exit door from beginning to the end. Never again and I think this shop should review their special attitude to all the customers.

Extremely professional sales person. Very accommodating to our requests to see and try different designs. She even took out some to recommend. Overall we must had seen 30+ bags and spent 90 minutes. I felt embarrassed taking so much of her time, but there were so many nice designs it was hard to decide. In the end, we bought 4 bags. When we left, the sales person carried the bags for us outside to the door, handed over to us, said good bye and bowed. Even we we stepped away to the street and as we were getting into the taxi, she was still standing there bowing. The service really...

Rudest customer service from the security guard. Went into the shop to browse new items but didn't find anything we liked. Our elderly mother needed a rest after walking and sat down at what seems like a public bench in front of the shop, only to be literally shooed off as if we were birds by the security at Reality Lab Issey Miyake. No thanks....
