☕ My order: Ice cream (800¥), Special Soda Beet and Blood Orange (900¥) 🌟 Favorite cafe Food 5/5 The ice cream was a surprise of "ice cream of the day" consisting of three coups. I got Matcha, Vanilla and Berry. Very delicious and nicely presented next to a very speedy preparation.

Drinks 5/5 A very interesting combination and recommendation from my friend who works here. I loved it and though I would probably still usually go with the coffee I can highly recommend you try it before it is off the menu as it is a limited edition!

Atmosphere 5/5 Very calm, bright and modern, with the center piece being a Lexus, that you can buy or at least admire whilst graciously slurping on your coffee. The music was a nice underlay and enhanced the atmosphere, as did the modern yet extremely comfy furniture!

Cleanliness 5/5 I would give 7 points if the scale reached thus far. Toilet, table, cutlery, glasses, dihei, everything was prestine and even without any water stains. Absolute top!

Service 5/5 This is what service should look like, fast, polite and with staff that seems genuinely happy and (I assume!) well treated by the owner. The friendliness did seem real and I felt extremely welcome, to an extent I almost felt bad for leaving 😂

Other I was originally coming here to meet a friend who works here and I was so surprised by how beautiful this Cafe is! If I lived closer to it I might even come to work here regularly or meet friends ❤️ Clearly one of my favorite cafes so far in Tokyo...

The one word I have for Intersect By Lexus is, Sunrendra! This man gave us a once in a lifetime experience at Intersect. Not only did he effortlessly assist our server with our table he went above and beyond giving us background information about Lexus and the Intersect facility that went beyond the beautiful atmosphere of the dining room. I can't say enough about how he made us feel at home, valued, and showed a high of professionalism and warmth. First impressions were negative! The staff on the ground floor was disappointing. Not a smile(4 staff) and frantic. Next level staff was a little bit better and acknowledged me. When ordering and enquiring about food allergies for my son was not helpful as most Japanese are very patient even though they don’t speak much English.
