Excellent quiet location perfect for families, tourists and business. Room has a kitchenette equipped with microwave, kitchen sink, fridge and freezer. There is a separate bathroom (shower+ sink) and another small room with a Japanese electric toilet at the front of the room. The bunks are full sized single beds. The lounge seating area has a television and dining table that comfortably seats four adults or two adults + 3 children. The main two beds have a reading light, power point (Japan) and two USB. This is very convenient for charging your phone.
The room is also equipped with bed linen, shampoo conditioner and body wash, dish soap, tissues, paper towels and fresh bath towels.
We highly recommend bringing slippers to walk around the room and leaving your shoes inside the front entrance to keep the room fresh and is Japanese custom.
There is plenty of space to store suitcases and helpful spaces to open bags.
If the wifi needs to be reset, there are instructions in the elevator but it was excellent and strong for our use.
Lawson's and 7/11 are very close and convenient. We preferred Lawson's for beer selection, Bento and sandwiches, making our dinner very relaxed and cheap (but delicious). The in room microwave and refrigerator is helpful for this.
The staff at this hotel are wonderful and assist you at every opportunity. We needed assistance a couple of times and each was met with a smile and care.
Check in process was fast and make sure your passport is available to assist the staff with the procedure. Check out was very easy and fast. The lobby includes consumables and items for hire to make your stay easier if you wish to cook in your room.
There are train stations close by making this an excellent location to visit landmarks in Tokyo but because the hotel is not in a busy crowded location you are able to have a restful night when you return.
There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. They take 100 yen coins. There is a 1000 yen exchange in the laundry room with a vending machine if you wish to wait with a cool drink.
In the foyer there is also foreign exchange machine and a sitting area. We used lend umbrellas which were appreciated.
We are very happy we chose Mimaru Tokyo Nihombashi Suitenguate and highly recommend this hotel for people wanting a comfortable...
