Went with a friend after work. It wasn't busy when we arrived. The menu is fairly large with multiple languages. The staff are friendly and helpful. The guava sour was tasty. We ordered shrimp toast, fried pork, green curry, pad thai, tom yum goong and black pepper softshell crab. The shrimp toast was tasty but small. The fried pork was a nice snack. Sent 2nd dish back as it had numerous insects crawling out from the unwashed cabbage they put on the side of the plate. They didn't even apologise for it.
Sent the 3rd dish back as it had the chef's hair in it. Waitress initially looked at our heads to make sure it wasn't our hair (it obviously wasn't). They then said sorry and gave us cold tea as compensation. After being served live insects and human hair we lost our appetite and requested to leave when the 4th dish came. They charged us for both the 1st dish and the 4th that we didn't even eat....
Read moreThis review is for lunch there. It's only ¥900 for the "Half & half" set, which includes three options: green curry, basil chicken (gapao) and I think the third was a red curry. You can get a large serving of rice for no extra charge and it comes with a fried egg on top. There's a small salad too and if you go after 13:00 you get a small complimentary desert of coconut milk and tapioca - perfect after the delicious spicy food. Exceptional value...
