I reached out for a partial refund, which they could not do. They would have fixed it for free had i mentioned it within a week. Not possible anyway for me as it was my last night for vacation.

As for my nail process it took a little over 2 hours. She made sure my nails were filed to my liking. My thumbs were slightly different, but it was fine. I picked the design from their ig, and at first the technician did not replicate it but after consulting another person she was able to get the nail color/design right which made me happy.

They responded to my message in English and booked me an appointment without any hassle. When I arrived, they greeted me with smiles and tried their best to communicate with me despite the language barrier. I showed them a picture of the nail art I wanted and they said they could do it. I managed to snatch an appointment for the next day and despite the website being entirely in Japanese I booked without too much difficulty thanks to the integrated google translator on my phone. My appointment was slightly over two hours long and I paid 22,800 yen, which is a very fair price for the work done.
