I really enjoyed the headspa!💫

The head spa was easy to find, located on the 2nd floor. However, don’t rely on Google Maps, as it directs you to the wrong side of the building. Stick to the main road for the correct entrance. (It is next to the Karting shop)

I made my reservation through the link on Google, which was straightforward.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, making me feel comfortable.✨️

Communication was easy, thanks to Google Translate and a paper questionnaire about my scalp type (oily, dry, etc.).

For the diagnosis, they took pictures of the pores on my scalp. It turned out that my scalp was healthy before the treatment, though a bit sweaty. Even so, I felt much better afterward and learned that moisturizing my scalp is important!

The enzyme treatment itself was very relaxing, and I also enjoyed a neck, shoulder, and head massage, which added to the overall experience. You also have the option to choose the intensity of the massage.

I will be sure to come back if I visit...

Posting this review super late - sorry!! I came here in August 2023 for the scalp diagnosis and head spa. I did wish I could have been able to communicate better to get more out of the scalp diagnosis, but the woman who helped me was very kind and tried our best with the translating device. From what I understand, it’s similar to face care: I need a gentle shampoo, hydrating lotion for the scalp, and treatment enzyme to clear excess oil. I was treated to a free upgraded shampoo and lotion for posting this review, and a treatment enzyme for coming on a friend’s recommendation. I wish I knew how to find these products in drugstores as well!

I recall they had to raise prices soon after my visit but they still seem reasonable and looks like there’s a promotion for a session with newer male staff so I’m curious to try it when I’m back in...

Thank you to the team for the excellent service and care they provided to me and my friend, who both had scalp treatments done today.

In particular, I received my treatment from Mayumi, who was so friendly, thorough and professional. Even before the treatment itself, she emailed me to find out in detail what my concerns were so she could tailor the experience accordingly. Mayumi took every care to communicate the type of treatment I was receiving and the state of my hair (using a little handheld translating device). I could feel how much pride she took in her work, and was assured that I was in experienced hands.

My friend and I were both so pleased with the experience that we purchased supplementary haircare items as well, which the staff knowledgeably recommended according to our concerns.
