Read moreWorst hostel ever. No security door lock to entrance dorm room. No slipper, towel. Dirty hallway in mixed dorm room a lot of sand on the floor It's look like to sweep the floor for so long. Only good thing is air-conditioner in the room. Tiny space in mixed dorm there're just tiny space to walk and crowded of luggage can't open luggage in dorm room. There're tiny space outside the room in front of restroom you can open your luggage (not over 2 luggage it's too small space) but becareful to block someone to walk to restroom or elevator. There're only 6 washroom at 2nd floor (2 room for women and 4 room for everyone) nobody use it. I've never queue up to use it. It's not too clean but acceptable. Bed in mixed dorm that I get (the upper bed) it's too small and uncomfortable because there're a box above my head (like in the picture). I did't get an e-mail about check in time but I only get an email that I request hotel about the room. Finally he found out he forgot to send an e-mail to me but he told that we have to pay 2000yen for check in or go to find somewhere else to stay. And finally he found some annoucement from hotel in Agoda website that late check in after 11 P.M. have to pay 1000yen person. Okay it was my fault to not read carefully so I have to pay 1000yen to stay there because I'd paid everything to agoda before come to Japan I have no choice. Before I booked Plat hostel Asakusa I stayed at Plat hostel haneda for 1 one and everything perfect there're the check in machine so you don't have to pay additonal if you're late and they also prepare slipper towel for everyone (no charge) and also have a key card to go inside the room. So I decided to stay at Plat hostel in Asakusa branch and I found out the Plat hostel Asakusa is the worst...
