An amazing treasure trove crammed with every kitchen gadget you could ever want. Lots of items are invented by the owner including the amazing ever peeler. This is the greatest vegetable peeler I have ever used. NOTE the demand on this item is very high so you are limited to one per customer (I bought one and then made my son go in and buy another so we could send one to Grandma in Canada). I found the cute little pink pig otoshi buta (drop lid for simmering) that I had been searching for. Only luggage weight restrictions kept me from buying bags and bags of items. We visited on a Sunday, probably not the best day of the week as many shops are closed but Iidaya turned out to be a lifesaver.

We managed to get our hands on the 焼肉道具 which was located along the edge on the northern side.

It was also the most packed store along Kappabashi.

My mum was reluctant to get the snowpan even when I insisted because it was good value and authentic. Now, a few weeks later, I can feel a tinge of regret.

The second floor houses a couple more products but more importantly, tools for left handers. That is very considerate!

We will KIV this store in the future or recommend to friends and family coming...

This store was the 2nd one I walked into and knew that I'd return to shop and get everything here. The range is amazing and there are little TV screens and handwritten signs for recommendations. I love that everything is organised and displayed very well. The salespersons are attentive without being intrusive. The selection is very wide and there is a price range for everyone.
