Real Okubo Apartment Hotel — Hotel in Tokyo

This is a great apartment hotel for Tokyo. Way more spacious than average rooms (we got the family apartment with balcony), it has all the expected amenities (e.g. Washing machine, utensils in the kitchen) plus some nice extras like a larger patio to eat (separate from the balcony), a fully equipped kitchen, a medium size refrigerator. The building is modern (freshly renovated), with a security door to enter, and elevator for higher floors. Even though this is close to the JR Station and busy streets, the apartment was very quiet. Fantastic. We are a family of four and stayed in a comfortable apartment of one bedroom in the 4th floor with elevator, in the first days of february 2025. Plenty of space, considering the local standard. It wasn't cheap, but in my opinion deserved every euro. The building is brand new and everything worked fine, including the WiFi, necessary to translate the instructions of the washing machine and other stuff.
