I have always heard that Japanese people are polite and have great service, so I decided to visit Japan this time. Yes, it was my first time. I had a great experience throughout my trip, both the place, the food, the activities and the people. But this place was different. I was very surprised that the staff here behaved as if they had never been trained in manners before and did not look like the ideal Japanese person. This is the worst Supreme in the world. I have been to Supreme in LA and bought a lot of things there. Of course, it was better than this one. This place made me not want to spend a single yen for nothing. You guys should reconsider and have a new standard or not care about it, because there will be people who come to buy things anyway. But remember that you will only get bad comments from your behavior. I understand that Japanese people do not speak English, even though they know that the people they are talking to are foreigners. But the Supreme staff here, even though they can speak a little English, did not impress me at all. The only worst memory in Japan this time was visiting this Supreme store. Finally, it is clear that there are many comments that write the same review (1 star). So I am not lying or making up stories. I hope you will have better service and awareness if you are interested in reading reviews of my own store. But I cannot translate it for you, because I do not...
Read moreThis brand is no longer in style. It was the fastest fad ever. Nigerians on Takeshita Dori will lead you to 'back room' locations that sell '5-star' knock-offs of the LV Supreme line and other Supreme items for 90% off. We saw a LV Supreme trunk that costs USD $65,000 (and probably costs about USD $150 to manufacture) for USD $300, and it was absolutely perfect. I think it's pretty awful that Supreme takes brands that you would be embarrassed to wear in the US (like 'Champion' brand USD $9 sweat pants!!!) and charge a fortune for their items. Do a huge favor - take pictures in their store until they tell you not to... then flip them the bird. If they think it's cute to 'flip the bird' and say 'f___ off' and 'f___ you' and other rude terms in their marketing and products, then you should be able to say the same to them, right? Fair is fair. Again, this is the fastest fad in the world... was stylish for about 2 minutes. People in the US make Supreme a big joke, they laugh at people who wear Supreme, and a sucker is born every minute.... I'm still shocked that they put their label on a product that you would buy at 'Wal-Mart' or 'Target' or 'JC Penney' and then charge a 2000% markup. It's just ridiculous. They should feel a lot of shame... and if I worked at the store, I'd feel dishonorable for taking advantage of so many people financially when their money could have gone to a...
Read moreSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO disappointed. As a PREVIOUSLY avid fan of the brand I walked into this location fully ready to continue my patronage of the brand. Walking in I was greeted by bare shelves and unwilling-to-help sales associates. Most of the "size" inventory was x-large and the selection was paltry. Even then, with all that disappointment I had already made the pilgrimage halfway across the world and decided to at least take a few pictures. That's when the already rude sales associates became aggressive with the "no pictures" rule that is not posted anywhere.. (FENDI was fine with pics, so was LV and GUCCI) There are many nice ways to say this to someone who has been a huge fan and has invested so much hard earned cash into the brand.. none of which were employed at this establishment. VERY RUDE AND DISHONORABLE. For this and many other reasons (see Champion and HANES products) I predict that this brand will be heading in the direction of Mossimo, Jordache or Vuarnet. Save your time and money and explore the true heritage of Japan instead. At this point I'm very disenchanted by SUPREME and will be selling all my items on the secondary market, whatever doesn't sell within a week will go to my 8 year old nephew or in the garbage. I'm done with...
