Japanese Tea Kimikura Haneda Airport Garden Store — Restaurant in Tokyo

This post is truly long overdue 😭 given my busy schedule since my returned trip from Japan last Dec BUT i feel the need to express my joy and compliment the excellent service provided by a lovely lady namely Ms YUKIKO & Eri & ALL the KNOWLEDGEABLE / wonderful friendly staffs at Kimikura in HANEDA AIRPORT :) I stayed in Villa Fontaine via Haneda Airport Htl and this matcha boutique is a GEM amongst other finds. Arrived in November and on my return route in Dec, i came to the store AGAIN just to make sure i bring home TWO of their ORGANIC matcha powder : Shizuoka & Kagoshima . Hotel guests via Villa Fontaine gets discount for their matcha beverages, LUCKY ME ! THANK YOU KIMIKURA, as soon i flew home to Singapore, I rush down to Takashimaya to buy my bamboo whisk and matcha bowl so i can enjoy Kimikura's fine matcha powder at the confort of my home . I regretted not purchasing the bowl & whisk from Kimura store as it is a lot expensive here in Singapore. Do not make the mistake I've made and shop at Kimikura before your ✈️ home as tourist are able to claim...

Had an extremely wonderful experience at Japanese Tea Kimikura! Ordered a matcha latte and it was rich and exactly what I needed prior to my flight back home. The barista taught me to take a sip from the top with matcha only and then proceed to mixing it with milk to try the taste of both versions.

Both of the staff there were very kind and helpful. I wanted to purchase a beautiful teal colored chawan from the shop, but unfortunately they were out of stock. After I was already walking to catch my flight, one of the staff members (the barista) ran after me to let me know which website I can order the chawan from. Not only are the staff kind, they are so thoughtful and hardworking. I was extremely touched. I was rushing to check in and forgot to ask for her name. But would like to thank her for the experience and where to order the chawan. Now I have ordered the chawan online!
