I traveled from California to visit the spa and it was a horrible experience! When I asked for a full body massage it was not explained to be how it would be and when I got into the room it was a wet bath not a massage and they were very rough and it was rushed and I was left with bruises! When I tried to explain my experience they gave me a hard time and wanted me to still pay for the experience and I was not able to ever speak with the manager only staff! I came in after onsen, and ordered the airplane meal for adult, as I had trouble deciding on what to eat for dinner. Good choice to get a taste of a bit of everything. The airplane was presented nicely and food is good. Price is a bit high but expected due to located in the airport.
