The staff on second floor fitting room is very rude. The japanese woman in front of me was assisted well but when it was my turn she was so rude. I saw her assisting only japanese customers with the clothes they're handing back but when it was my turn she told me to do it by myself. Also, experienced the same thing last year. The staff in Harajuku branch are the best. I'm wondering why this branch in Shibuya has a lot of rude staff. They seem to be tired and not knowledgeable of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Are they forced to work here?
If I didn't fell in love with the blazers I wouldn't buy anything in this store and just go...

Today, I went to the Zara store in Shibuya (25-10 Udagawacho, Shibuya) to exchange a few items I had purchased online. I usually avoid going to the store because it's always crowded, so I prefer to shop online, even if I have to pay for shipping. This way, I can try on everything at my own pace, and if something doesn’t fit, I go to the store to exchange it.
Today, on September 11th at around 6 PM, I calmly went to the checkout counter and indicated that I wanted to exchange the items. The male attendant who helped me said it was fine, but then he made a rude comment in Japanese to the store manager (which I understood) saying, "She bought four items and is returning three" in a tone of disbelief, as if it was outrageous. The manager responded that it was fine, but I was left feeling deeply uncomfortable.
They gave me a receipt confirming that the refund would be processed on my card, but I walked out of the store with a terrible feeling. How can an employee be so rude? I live nearby and prefer to exchange items in-store because it's almost the same effort as going to the post office. But now, I’m extremely disgusted by the behavior of...
Read moreUgh! What a pain to return something for a refund. I had a bunch of stuff mailed to my Japanese address and I paid Cash On Delivery. Had I known the process to get a cash refund was through bank transfer I would have not ordered at all. The process is unnecessarily long and you need Japanese skills. English helpline is basically non-existent. Shop staff are also very unhelpful and do not explain anything–especially the cashier with 2-3 eyelash exensions left on each eye hanging on for dear life. I hate this store...
