Rihards and Discover Latvia are the best tour group in Latvia! My mom and I were interested in doing a tour of Sigulda, Turaida, and Cēsis and spent a lot of time looking at different options before landing on Discover Latvia which we chose both based on price and the fact that it did all three cities. Rihards was incredibly communicative in terms of booking on the front end which made us feel even better about our choice. The tour itself was absolutely excellent, giving us a great feel of each of the places we visited and a better understanding of Latvia as a whole. We booked Discover Latvia Tours for both our transfer from Tallinn to Riga, and from Riga to Vilnius. Both times we had Rihards as our driver. He was incredibly professional, courteous, kind, and regaled us with many interesting stories about the Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian people, their relationships with each other, with the land, their histories, food, and culture. The stops we had along the way were interesting and he always offered to tailor stops to our needs. We had two fantastic days out with Rihards during our trip to Riga. Dog sledding which was wonderful, plenty of time with the dogs, a great experience on the sled and then a walk through the countryside in thick snow. We then did a second trip to the castle, deer farm and wildlife park which was brilliant.
